For orders, through Kiteclub.gr, electronic or phone, we handle your shipment cost and we dispatch your order , for free, within 24-48 hours !
- To have your order delivered within 24 hours, we will have to receive it from Monday –Thursday, until 12:00. In the case of receiving your order on Friday, it will be sent to you the following Monday.
- The shipment of orders takes place with DPD speed courier service.
- In the case you wish your order to arrive faster, it could be arranged with extra charge.
* All of the above are not valid in special circumstances affecting transport of goods, such as bad weather conditions, natural disasters or strikes.
While trying to provide the best possible service, KiteClub.gr has created one more partnership with the DPD speed courier services.
Long waiting and line-ups at the post office is a thing of the past. The delivery of your order in the spot you chose will be handled by the DPD staff so that you can receive the goods directly and swiftly.
The ability to track your order at any given time through the DPD website is certainly worth mentioning. All you have to do is use the shipment number which will be sent to you via e-mail the moment your order leaves KiteClub.gr’s premises.
For orders within Attica, delivery usually occurs within 24 hours (except week ends or holidays) while for the rest of Greece and any remote destinations 36 to 48 hours are enough.
For Europe it would need 4-6 days.
Return of goods
In the case of a return, the products returned will have to be in the same condition they were received , in other words, without being breached or having their packaging opened. These products must also be accompanied with the corresponding retail receipt or invoice.
To avoid your own fuss, it would be wise to carefully check the condition of the products at the moment of the delivery, as well as the integrity of their packaging, so that obvious defects could be spotted (breakage, wrong product, etc)
Products that have already been used are subject to no change or return in all cases. Only in the case of an error or failure of the product material will the case of replacement be examined after the error is confirmed by the manufacturer.
